Trying to get a clear reply from them was a joke. I asked simple questions and got vague, useless answers back every time. These clowns really need to figure out how to communicate properly.

I bought a ring from tomwoodproject as a birthday gift and it went over really well. The sizing info was super helpful, so I didn’t have to just guess and hope for the best. It arrived in a simple, nice box too, so I didn’t really need to do anything extra before giving it. The ring looks even better in person, and I’d definitely buy from them again for a gift

I ordered a ring from TomwoodProject and followed their size guide as carefully as I could, even measuring twice and checking it against the chart. Unfortunately, the ring still ended up being too tight. The quality of the ring itself seemed good, so no complaints there, but the sizing issue made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. I’ve ordered rings from a few other brands where the size charts were more accurate, so I was expecting this to be a smoother process. I ended up having to deal with a return/exchange, which took longer than I would’ve liked. Not a terrible shop, but compared to competitors, their sizing guide could definitely use some improvement

I’m worn out from dealing with companies that make every little issue feel like a whole process, so I really appreciate that they put an emphasis on repairs. The recycled materials are a nice bonus too. It just feels better buying from a brand that’s at least trying to be more thoughtful about waste.

I was so happy to find the ring I wanted on tomwoodproject. I’d been checking other shops and my size was sold out pretty much everywhere, so seeing it in stock here was such a relief?? The site was easy to use too, especially for checking sizes and colours. Really nice not having to sit around waiting for another restock.

I was surprised by how fast support got back to me. I remember I was halfway through eating a oddly huge blueberry muffin when the reply came in, so it definitely didn’t take long. Smooth experience overall.

I sent my ring in after it got slightly bent, and I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out. It came back looking great and fits properly again, which was a big relief. I’m giving 4 stars only because the repair took a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with the experience.

I bought this from TomwoodProject i’m annoyed. For the price, I expected way better. The ring looked great when it arrived, so I thought I’d made a solid purchase, but after only a few weeks it was covered in scratches and already starting to look dull.

I wasn’t being rough with it or doing anything unusual, just wearing it day to day like a normal ring. So I really don’t think this is on me. The durability just isn’t there, and Tom Wood should be doing better if they’re charging this much. Really disappointed.

I had to refund my order, it took a few days longer than I was hoping for, which was kind of annoying because waiting around for your own money is never fun. That said, support did actually reply, and the refund came through fine in the end. Not the fastest process ever, but at least it got sorted.

When I opened the box, my first thought was, “Hmm, this doesn’t feel very secure.” The packaging was bad, and the item didn’t seem like it had enough protection around it. I kept thinking it was lucky nothing got damaged, but i would’ve felt better if it had been packed with a bit more care.

The site was frustrating to use. I don’t know if it was their pages or what, but everything loaded slowly for me, and I kept having to dig around just to find basic info. The menu on mobile felt kind of all over the place too, which definitely didn’t help. After a while I just gave up because it wasn’t smooth at all. Not exactly a great shopping experience.

I ordered from tomwoodproject and I was happy with the whole experience. The price seemed fair for what I got. It was not exactly cheap, but it felt worth it. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I would probably buy from them again if there is a sale

I waited about two weeks for my order, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking to see if it had moved, but it basically went nowhere and the package never showed up. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I was so relieved when it arrived because it looks just like the pictures, like, no weird surprises at all! I opened it and was basically over the moon because it’s exactly what I was hoping for

Love the design. Modern, but still easy to wear every day.

I paid extra for the engraving and wish I hadn’t. It looked kind of cheap, the letters weren’t even, and some of them were so shallow they were hard to read. Just not worth it
